These rules exist to keep ChatWithOthers.online safe, legal and respectful for everyone. By using the site you agree to follow all of the rules below.

1. Age & Eligibility

• You must be 18 years old or older to use this site.
• You must not pretend to be under a different age.
• If you suspect another user is under 18, please use the Report user feature.

2. Respectful Behaviour

Be respectful toward other users at all times. The following behaviour is not allowed:

• Harassment, bullying, stalking or targeted insults.
• Threats of violence or encouraging self-harm or harm to others.
• Hate speech (e.g. attacks based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, nationality, etc.).
• Deliberate spamming, flooding messages or repeatedly bothering someone who is not interested.

3. Sexual Content & Nudity

This site may allow adult conversations between consenting adults, but some things are strictly forbidden:

• No minors, ever. No sexual content involving anyone under 18, even in fantasy/roleplay.
• No content that suggests or glorifies non-consensual acts (rape, forced acts, etc.).
• No bestiality or sexual content involving animals.
• No sharing of real private intimate images of others without their clear consent (no “revenge porn”).

You are personally responsible for anything you send (messages, photos, videos). Think carefully before you share any personal or sensitive material.

4. Illegal Activities

You must not use the site to:

• Plan, promote or organise illegal activities.
• Buy, sell or trade illegal goods, drugs, weapons or stolen items.
• Share or distribute illegal content of any kind.

5. Privacy & Personal Data

• Do not publicly post someone else’s real name, address, phone number or other private data (doxxing).
• Do not share your own sensitive data if you are not comfortable; you use the site at your own risk.
• The site team may log IP addresses and technical data to keep the service secure, prevent abuse and comply with law.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not send, upload or promote content that includes:

• Child sexual abuse material or anything suggesting it (explicit or implied).
• Extreme gore or graphic violence.
• Content that promotes self-harm, suicide or serious injury.
• Malware, phishing links or attempts to steal passwords or accounts.

7. Blocking & Reporting

• If someone is annoying or making you uncomfortable, you can use the Block function to stop future messages.
• If someone seriously breaks the rules (harassment, under 18, illegal content, etc.), use the Report user option.
• Admin may review reported chats and take actions such as warnings, temporary bans, permanent bans or shadow-bans.

8. Account / Access Control

• The site team can restrict access to users who break the rules, with or without prior warning.
• Bans can be temporary, permanent or “shadow” (your messages appear sent but are not shown to others).
• If your access is removed, you must not try to bypass it by creating new accounts or using VPNs or other tricks.

9. Disclaimer & Responsibility

• ChatWithOthers.online is a platform that connects users but does not control what they say in real time.
• You are responsible for your own communications and decisions when talking to other users.
• The site is provided “as is”. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted service, and the site owners are not responsible for loss or damage caused by your use of the site.

10. User Agreement

By creating an account or using this website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have read and understood these Site Rules & User Agreement.
• You agree to follow these rules every time you use the site.
• You understand that violating these rules may lead to warnings, temporary bans, permanent bans or reporting to relevant authorities if required by law.
